Zipper Zone Translated-Fuck You Poor, Non-White People

Today in the Commercial Appeal there was a story about the great new idea called the Zipper Zone. ZZ is basically invest everything in the Poplar Corridor, better known as the underground railroad for white folks to get from East Memphis/Germantown to Downtown. Here's just a little refresher of what the Poplar Corridor looks like.
