2L Redistricting With Demographics

Here is the 2L redistricting map. While it looks gerrymandered more than the 2K map, it is actually a fairer redistricting plan. When redistricting, the commission should try to get about 72,000 people in a district. Those are not voters but total people.

The 2K map reflects the demands of the republicans on the commission. They want to keep Germantown, Bartlett, Millington, and Collierville whole entities even though they may not be close to 72,000 people. Overall, the 2L is a fairer redistricting plan compared to 2K.
