Final Early Voting Results


Here is the final early voting turnout results.
Total vote- 254,359
Percent- 39.1
Black Voters- 103,420
Percent- 40.7
White Voters- 73,948
Percent- 29.1
Other Voters- 76,991
Percent- 30.3
Male Voters- 98,742
Percent- 38.8
Female Voters- 155,361
Percent- 61.1

Huh. We've had twice as many "other" early voters than Wikipedia says we had "other" persons in the county as of 2000.

Not saying either figure is inaccurate (especially with sizable hispanic growth in the county since then), but it is interesting.

It might also simply be people who did not fill out that part of the application. Race is optional, However I am sure that there was some increase in hispanic voters
