George Bush Is a Believer in Peak Oil

This may be the most important thing the President has ever said.
"Oil is going up because we use too much oil, and the capacity to replace reserves is dwindling."
-George W. Bush, Nov 7, 2007

I knew Dick Cheney was a Peak Oil guy. He acknowledge PO in 1998. Combined with his statement that "the American way of Life is non-negotiable", it sort of explains the whole invading the country with the second largest oil reserves and threatening the neighboring country with the third largest oil reserves. Geological facts underground are driving political events above ground. This is just the first time Bush has publicly stated it. Welcome to the most volitile and horrific century of human existence.

Bush believes in globlal warming, too. The Bush Crime Family bought land on top on the second largest natural aquifer on the planet.

The largest? You're sitting on it.
