What States Are Welfare Queens? Hint: Their Red

Look at what states get more money back from the federal government than they pay into it. It seems like those parasite states are mostly RED. Damn those tax and spend liberals in California, New York, Massachusetts, Conneticut, and New Jersey. Giving all that money to the Federal government in order to subsidize the South and Great Plains and getting nothing but state "welfare queens." Lets hold those conservatives to their ideals, take back all that extra money they get, and let them pull themselves up by their boat straps. I want to see Alabama and Mississippi do their best Horatio Alger impersonation.
