Carol Chumney and the democratic caucus

During the Shelby County Democratic Caucus in June, Carol Chumney said something which was understood in two different ways.
An interpretation from a reliable person had Carol Chumney saying 'that anyone not supporting David Cocke would not make it on the executive committee.' Seemingly a threat to coalition members.

The other interpretation of what Carol Chumney said was that she 'would not support anyone who did not support David Cocke as chairman.' Seemingly just a position statement on the up coming convention.

The question is which or did she even make a statement like the one's above? Hopefully, she didn't make that first statement, but a lot of people think she did. Carol Chumney, please clarify what you said at the caucus.
