The budget deficit shrank by $100 billion. Yip eh!

Don't be fooled by the President saying this shrinking of the budget deficit is some validation of his tax policies and we will continue to grow out of deficits. Here's the money quote: "Don't be deceived," said the U.S.'s comptroller. "We face large and growing structural deficits in the long term that are getting worse every day."
